Finding Amanda has been a breath of fresh air in my life. Since I was 17 with anxiety, since my mother’s death with depression and an eating disorder. Pretty much nothing. She helps me to downplay things that don’t matter, she helps me to focus on what’s important, to be able to ask for help, to know how to stop when I need it. I went to therapy with Amanda for about two years. I came with very deep and old childhood wounds that affected my present.
